Well I've also tried curing bad breath with this antibiothic called Proflox, which kept me clear for about two weeks. I was wondering if anyone here as tried hydrogen peroxide, i got surprised about how many websites there are out there saying this cures bad breath. Apparently it is not advertised s...

Well maybe not so much as a breakthrough, just something I "discovered". I dont know about you, but when i go to bed it really gets to my nerves that constant feeling like i have something in the back of my throat which i cant get out no matter how hard i cough. So one desperate night i ju...

Thanks BronxJazzy, that was helpful. It's hard to say, really. I've noticed i had bad breath due to creatine intake and my saliva had no smell. Now it does have a little smell but i was told i dont have bad breath, so it's weird... Maybe the saliva has a smell because the mouth is dry, i'm not sure.

I dont think it really works like that since saliva is actually good, like a natural mouthwash. My mouth is very dry due to this inhaler i use, so i dont know if my saliva has this smell because of that.

Can a person notice a certain smell on your own saliva and not have bad breath? Because i've noticed a scent when i lick the back of my hand but i was told by more than one person that i dont really have bad breath. Also, how important are mouthwashes (alcohol free) and would they actually make the ...

I think garlic comes from the pores too, not just the lungs. I've actually read somewhere that garlic made really good progress with people with bad breath since it's an anti-bacterial or something. Obviously you can't just eat it because... well, it's garlic! It does come in pill forms, i've tried ...

The only difference i see is related to stuff we, as people who workout, take. Like i said before, creatine was giving me bad breath, and i've read a few articles on this too. Maybe other supplements do the same, i dunno.

It sucks not being able to know by yourself how your breath really is. Because i noticed i had bad breath when i was making out with this girl, and after some neck kissing i noticed "what the ***k is that smell??" Needless to say it was from my saliva on her neck... now i do the lick test ...

For a while I thought colgate total cured me. I tried the lick test after brushing with it and there wasn't a smell. I even had the nerve to talk and laugh directly at my friends but soon found out it didn't work from their reactoins. Drinking tons and tons of water, gargling or rinsing with water ...

Bluerain, do you also get worse bb from taking creating or drinking protein shakes? Because i workout too and creatine makes my mouth really dry. I also perform the "lick and smell" test and it doesnt really smell that bad, just sometimes late at night, maybe because i'm still on creatine ...

Does the dryess really has a direct effect on bad breath? Because i have dry mouth most of the time due to creatine intake, and the bb gets worse late at night because i stop drinking so much water. I'm curious to know what will happen when i stop taking creatine, but i still have doses for two more...

I have constant mucous so i know how you feel. Took this thing called Proflox and the mucous is now pretty much odorless. You can also try this thing called fluimuci which are these things that dissolve themselves in the water and you drink it, it keeps the mucous more liquid and it comes out easier.
