Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

I can't always smell my breath. Only when I clean by breath can I smell it. It's like sewage if I am not wrong. I don't have PND as I had a septoplasty a few years ago. When I clean my tonsils thoroughly, I don't get that something stuck in the throat sensation and can breathe easily

You had only nasal breath? I have both. Yesterday I was cleaning my tonsils and for a while, I could smell the stink coming out of my nose. Did you get a laser tonsillectomy?

I have those and that's precisely why I want to have the tonsillectomy. Even if it doesn't solve the problem, one would have one less thing to worry about.

There's no child on the planet that didn't swallow gums.. we have all done it. Some of us more and others less. If the statistics of gum swallowers correlated to an increase in halitosis cases, they'd have banned all gums.

So yeah, you need to rest a bit to take these thoughts out of your brain.

I put a little turmeric on my tonsils and the next day, I had a rather wet tongue. Generally, I wake up with a very dry tongue but that wasn't the cse when I put turmeric on the tonsils. Let's see. I think it's working for me. I'll update.

Have you tried Raymond's breathing technique? Many have got benefit from it. It works very well for those who've had their tonsils taken out. You might be lucky.
