I got some dermatitis on both left and right index and middle fingers about 4 months after the bb started. it's almost symmetrical. Neither problem has gone away since then. I don't think the skin condition I have is eczema, since it doesn't itch. It's just these dry patches of tight skin that keep ...

I agree that we should keep a positive attitude, but that by itself isn't going to solve the problem. It's basically a practical problem, not a mental problem. We have to keep trying to find a practical solution, or at least a way to keep it under control. We have to keep an open mind about possible...

Thanks, searching. I never heard of bismuth subsalicylate for bb before. I'm going to try it tonight. My problem is that unpleasant smelling mucus collects in the lower throat area. I can rarely cough it up or swallow it. I need something I can swallow that will be anti-microbial and odor absorbing....

I'm not promoting Smart Mouth, just presenting information. I posted that FAQ because it has more information than the one on the smartmouth web site. I just started using SM yesterday so I don't know whether it will work for me or not. They say it takes two weeks to be fully effective. Time will te...

I use smartmouth once in a while. If you do a thorough nasal irrigation and meticulously brush your teeth, floss then swish the smartmouth you might be good for 2 or 3 hours. Stops working once you eat something or drink something that washes it away. Even for that two or three hours it doesnt comp...

There are a lot of authentic sounding positive reviews for it from people with chronic bb on the smartmouth web site. I bought some from Walgreens today. It contains sodium chlorite, but they don't mention chlorine dioxide, just the zinc ions. I've been using DioxiRinse, which generates lots of chlo...

Another poster said not enough stomach acid was the cause for them. I suppose each case is different. There's no single cause or cure for bb. In my case, no mouthwash seems to help for long. Coffee definitely makes it worse. So maybe too much acid is my problem. I rarely get heartburn or acid reflux...

I just tried the gum and also a supplement called "Relora" which contains magnolia bark and some other ingredient. Relora is supposed to help with anxiety. Unfortunately one of the side effects for me seems to be a lot of heartburn, so I stopped using the gum and supplement. And the gum co...

Talking about from the moment right before I started using the mms to right now, I can say that it's been about 50% improvement. And it's only been a week so I'm pretty happy with that and hope that my breath will get better and better as I continue to take it. Regarding my history with bb, if you ...

Don't give up, sharon! I hope someday bb will be treated as the serious dis-ease that it is. In the mean time, we have to keep looking for solutions or at least ways to keep it under control.

Purest Colloids makes a product called MesoSilver which is a true silver colloid. It's safe to take daily, because it is not silver ions in solution but the actual microspcopic silver metal particles in suspension. A true silver colloidal suspension should be brown in color, not clear. Those electr...

Isn't it unusual for references to be checked before the first interview? Most companies in the US only check the references when they're interested in a job candidate they've already interviewed at least once. Maybe it's different in the UK. In the US, people have sued for getting bad references li...
