Hmmm... I used the rag instead of a towel because it was more rouh then the towel. It was so rough it hurt my tongue lol... These were the rags and towels at walmart.

I think ShitTalker summarized it all. One thing though -- when you have bad breath you get a bit paranoid too, don't forget that. I was like you... I never brushed my teeth except right before going to the dentist like once every six months.I think when your mouth is so filled with nasty bacteria it can go into your throat and stomach when you swallow.

I would guess that you have tonsil stones... I would buy a dental mirror and flashlight and examine the very back of your mouth. They are yellow things that build up in your tonsils and they smell very bad...
