Another horrific discriminatory incident on an aeroplane. Please take the time to contact some airlines. I also suggest that we purchase bracelets from IDA. If we can't control our odours, then we must protect ourselves from discrimination when travelling. In a sense we are disabled and, on the grou...

Following the horrible incident on United Airlines (not the first time somebody has been kicked off a plane for odour), I am writing emails to several airlines regarding the need to train staff to be aware of metabolic malodour disorders. Please try to join me by writing to a few airlines too. I wou...

The highly successful Barcroft TV documentary film featuring Kelly has made a huge impact, and Barcroft TV would like to make another film about TMAU. It would be great if they were to make another one and also if they were to feature other forms of/causes of odour. They may just need convincing tha...

It involved the scientists from Sheffield Children's Hospital describing their new testing method in detail. However, UK sufferers have noticed that the SCH testing method (adopted since 2017) isn't detec...

A very proactive member of the community has successfully managed to get the medical genetics centre of Tübingen in Germany to support us by offering an exome sequencing (WES) for the price of 650€ per patient. The aim is to collate the results of several participants and then analyse them. If you a...

Incredibly ignorant piece of journalism. I quote: "Either way, it’s nothing a bit of mouthwash and Mitchum Clinical couldn’t fix, one would think." Maybe this insensitive journalist finds it difficult to think. Definitely didn't research possible causes of this problem. Are journalists (an...

Lately, I've been watching the many videos posted by young odour sufferers on you tube. Some of them have tmau, others don't have a specific diagnosis for the cause of odour. The effect is the same though - social rejection. Every video these brave people share with the public helps raise awareness ...

I didn't go through with this procedure but I'm aware of 2 people that did and the results were not very positive or long lasting. I hate to dampen your hopes, but I don't want people to waste money they don't have. If you can afford it, I would say why not give it a go, but if your condition has af...

Actually, MEBO did not pay for the listing because it is a registered charity. One of the volunteers ensured the google listing ad was done for free thanks to the charity status. So that's really good news for everyone.
