reviving this old thread. i am pretty sure it is around ovulation time in my cycle right now and my breath has been foul the past 2 days. it has a weird taste.. kind of fruity, but not in a good way.. like foul fruity. if you have normal breath, then slight bb during your period or during ovulation ...

i love beets! they always make my pee and poop pink/red though.. even if i eat just a bit.

i definitely have a problem with not chewing my food enough before swallowing. sometimes i see undigested bits of food in my feces. i am trying to eat more mindfully too and chew more carefully but old habits die hard.

have you tried rinsing your sinuses with a neti pot or something similar? there is a thread on here (i forget if you have contributed to it or not) about using lactoferrin and xylitol to rinse your sinuses daily (along with the saline solution which is basically just non-iodized salt and baking soda...

no, the brown and yellow tongue is def from the tetracycline. i read it is a possible side effect. it should go away in time.
