If you have any tonsil stones, I would have tonsils and adenoids removed. That smelly stuff hides in the tonsil crypts and doesn't always come out, especially with the adenoids.

If you have tonsil stones the smell will come from nose and mouth. You need palatine and pharyngeal tonsils removed, not lingual.
