if your problem lies in your gut id say go for it then follow up with decent probiotics betatine hcl and digestive enzymes while eating food you are not sensitive to most people are generally dairy and wheat intolerant you should notice a difference fairly quickly

im going in the clinic this sat to get a flexible nasendoscopy examination of the pharynx, and secondly a barium swallow Xray at some point in the near future which should hopefully highlight the esophageal diverticulum what i think is needed as i seem to have the exact symptoms

antibiotics kill all the bacteria in your gut so i would say you have a problem there go an see a gi specialist and the should be able to help you.
when you heal the gut properly it will have a whole cascade of health benefits so id try that first
