Has anyone tried this? It may be a treatment for SIBO (has antibacterial effects). Not as expensive as 11 years ago.

Omg guys I just found out that SIBO makes your stools float. I always thought my problem was oral. I will get my stool tested for SIBO in the next weeks. (Not the full microbiome one, that one is way too expensive, but the basic SIBO test).

I’ve been doing this since I saw the post, it doesn’t work for me. I don’t have nasal odour. I tried with different mouthwashes, some from Colgate, some medical grade with chlorexhidine. I still do it, even if it doesn’t work, it feels more hygienic to do this.
