I bought a masticating juicer Omega J8006, kind of pricey and I've been juicing for just over a week.....this is amazing. I don't think I'm "cured" but it is helping with PND, itchiness in my throat and bloating in my stomach. I feel like I'm producing more saliva in my mouth as well. Ive...

Thank you for your answer halitosisux. Let me see if I can find a toothpaste or mouthwash that contains chlorine dioxide. I used a chlorine dioxide mouthwash for over a year and while it helped a bit, it made my bb worse when I stopped using it. I wouldn't recommend it. But again, that's only based...

I'm backing you both on this too ! I made my peace with the fact that my body is not as strong as others and can't properly get rid of all the crappy food that we eat. But it's ok because in the end, i'll live longer and won,t have as many health issues as others will because of the diet they are f...

Dude, I'm gonna back you up on this. My bb improved a bit after following the same diet: No gluten, no grain/rice etc.., no dairy, no sugar. Basically a Paleo diet if you will. I stay away from canned food and unhealthy food. I do eat chicken, fish, but I try to avoid red meat. I'm not cured, but I...

Normal diet. I mean I probably eat far less fast food than my peers, I eat veggies, etc. Almost never use dairy products. I don't get direct comments like that anymore, but they've left a mark in me for sure. I actually was about to kill myself two days ago but I got a hospital trip instead and I d...

Some stuff that seem to help: - tongue scraping - oil pulling - drink homemade juice with a good amount of ginger - it will burn but your mouth will feel fresh for 4-5 hours, possibly more. - eat dinner at 6pm, then don't eat until next morning. - drink detox tea before bedtime. This really helped m...

One thing most, if not all of us use, is toothpaste. I remember reading about someone using some type of soap to brush their teeth. Has anyone tried this or another alternative to toothpaste? with what results? I am looking to try. I'm using miswak (wood stick) and it definitely leaves my teeth cle...

Also, one thing worth mentioning that might be helpful to some. Besides juicing, try eating dinner early (5-6pm). That will leave enough time for your stomach to digest the food before bed time; and it's excellent for the liver. I noticed my morning breath improved after doing so. I also take DETOX ...

aDude, How does your typical day looks like diet-wise? Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner My usual breakfast is about a pint of carrot juice, followed by a handful amount of almonds, about 5 dates and an apple or a banana or 2. My favorite snacks are fruit. I can eat a whole melon for example. Just sl...
