@stankie if we can get our hands on some cannabis (illegally) how do we go about consuming it? Just put some in tablets and swallow?

I was reading about the effect cannabis has on your body's ability to destroy ingested Candida albicans, it's very interesting....
Also most cannabis (greens anyway) has fungus growing on it in the first place.

Back to the point though, one thing to note is that everyone has some yeast and some bad bacteria in their body... it's impossible to remove every single bit of it, but it is normally kept in a proper balance with the good bacteria so symptoms don't come up.

With that being said, Probiotics are the biggest thing to help fight Candida and yeast growth. If you'd like to increase your intake, you could take some foods like Yogurt or Kefir as they have Probiotics in them, but if you'd like to have a faster impact, a good Probiotic supplement (one with 30+ billion viable organisms from several strains) will have a MUCH faster impact on it.
In addition to Probiotics, Caprylic Acid and Grapefruit Seed Extract also help to fight the Candida directly, so those three together are a very good combination to fight Candida if it's bad enough that you want to take care of it the fastest.

Most of the cases I've heard of that used regimens like this showed an impact within just a few days (where they noticed some benefits) and were often almost completely gone within a month or so, but some more extreme cases took longer.

Lol, well I'll remove any obvious spam links or references, to try to deter, but it's usually so obvious anyway. Moderators can see IP addresses etc, and see whether anyone is using multiple identities for example (within obvious limitations of course)
