has anyone got any info or experience on hot drinks an food helping bacteria populate?
i find drinking alto of herbal teas dosent seem to help as i can taste them for the best part of the day
i drink peppermint, green tea, and pukka revitalise and night calm.
i find with green tea it the taste really stays on my mouth maybe due to the caffeine, its kind of a natural tea smell that lingers i can also taste the horrible taste/smell at the back of my throat.
drinking ice cold water and sucking on ice cubes definitely has a soothing effect on my throat also similar to icing a injury sometimes i can feel things get dislodged doing it.
