FedUp, there has to be some kind of hole or area where bacteria and tonsil stones are collecting. I don't see how it could stink out of nowhere like that... Behind the flaps in my mouth, way up in the corner I had big tonsil stones collecting there. It didn't even look like it was part of my tonsils. It kind of looked like it was holes in the top of my mouth. Yours could be similar and maybe that part didn't get removed during surgery?
But I would highly suggest you get a dental mirror and flashlight and really examine the back of your mouth where it smells... And maybe use a machine to squirt stuff out if there is anything collecting...
Maybe you can update us if you look at the back of your mouth real good and tell us what you see...
