I sent her a PM and she said Vit.D is still working, and she's also taking Vit B.

I've been taking 4000 IU of Vit D, no change so far.

Hi everyone,
new member here from italy, never posted anything because my english isn't good.
My vitamin D level is low, and i guess that my zinc level is low too.
Please reed this:

it would seem that there is a correlation between low vit D and zinc deficiency.
I'm wondering how many of us are zinc deficiency too.

It is a help , but you have to take a mega dose. Forgot to take it yesterday ..... it was not good ..went to a party ... needless to say no body wanted to talk with me.

I see. I'm taking about 7000 UI a day, i don't know yet if it's helping.

how much are you taking? Do you take it all in one dose or spread out throughout the day?

Hey archimonde, it's been a while. Apparently vit d3 has lessen the patm effect for some people. There has been recent posts about it on the medhelp forum. Ive been taking 10,000 iu daily for about a week. Ill report after a month. Peace
