I experience the same thing after use the mouth wash but those white coatings will disappear in 2 mins. Maybe try them out individually? like don't mix everything up, just use it one by one and see if you could find out the component which is not working for you.
BTW there are also other formulas on the internet targeting oral bacteria imbalance,you might as well want to dig into it. But like u said, it is almost certain that your BB is generated from your mouth and throat, cox otherwise you won't see any improvement in the first place.
