Does anyone else tongue get rough after eating a meal???

Yeah, I do too. It turns white/gets whitter after eating and gets rough, especially after eating meats. What makes it worse is the fact that I generally don't have that much saliva in my mouth so the tongue doesn't clean itself that well.

Scrub your tongue after every meal would be a good way to get your tongue clean again (for a short while). Rinsing with water after eating would help too. But -unfortunately- there is no way that I know of to keep your tongue permanently clean/ not rough after eating

True.. I wonder if people with normal breath have that problem too.
