that's how I got it, then with practice I got used to doing it automatically, even when I sleep, this way of breathing is my best ally to keep the formation of phlegm in my throat at bay.

phlegm is formed in the nasal sinus, and from there it reaches the throat


If someone knows a simpler way to breathe and achieve the same goal, welcome.
